Refrigeration Maintenance Tech 3rd Shift - Vineland, NJ (Oct) (Black Seal License) Onsite Electrical experience along with at least the minimum requirements of 3 years of mechanic work experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. NJ Black Seal Boiler License High Pressure or higher Vineland, NJ This position is responsible to monitor, control, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all building components, refrigeration equipment, steam generating equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, return condensate systems, mechanically, electrically, hydraulically, and pneumatically using the proper tools and test equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: The frequency of the following activities may vary according to the requirements of the job task assigned. Assist in utilities maintenance as directed (HVAC, wastewater, etc.) Complete all necessary documentation of activities (log entries, leak reports, etc.) Ensures operation of Production/Utility machinery and mechanical equipment by performing maintenance on various machines, following diagrams, machine manuals, and manufacturer's instructions Troubleshoots malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation, discovering problems, and making the repairs Performs minor and major repairs Handles preventative maintenance Install equipment on utility systems Comply with all Tyson safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements Complete all paperwork and SAP functions Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of (3) years of experience or be a graduate of an industrial maintenance training program. NJ Black Seal Boiler License High Pressure or higher Experience in Electro-Mechanical, or a related field of study (preferred) PSM Experience (preferred) Must be willing and able to work in a cold environment, -20 to 40 degrees F, with all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and required gear Must be willing and able to work flexible hours and weekends Must be willing and able to lift up to 70 lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as pinching and grasping Able to reach high and low levels, frequently Able to constantly stand/stoop/walk/bend, up to 12 hrs. Able to climb stairs several times per hour Rehires have 180 Day waiting period.
