The Big Task You will learn how to install and work on HVAC equipment with your HVAC Lead Installer guiding you. Desired Skills and Experience None. This is an entry level position and a perfect fit for those who want to start learning what a career in the home services industry looks like. We promote internally. From this position you can move to other more senior roles at our company. These roles include HVAC Technician, HVAC Lead Installer, and more. What We Offer $16 an hour with a $2 an hour raise every year up to $22 an hour. Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance with Southern Goodman paying $250 monthly towards medical. 2 weeks of paid vacation accessible after 90 days of employment and 1 Month of paid vacation after 2 years of employment. 401k Plan.
