Responsibilities Diagnose issues and perform repairs on a variety of oil boilers and burner equipment. Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty. Perform preventative maintenance and cleanings on oil burner systems to ensure peak operating efficiency and safety. Respond to emergency service calls and address immediate safety concerns. Install and maintain pumps, hoses, and nozzles for "on-site" skid tanks, as well as Roth and Granby heating oil tanks installed outdoors or in basements. Accurately complete all job-related documentation, including daily time logs, work progress, and materials used. Communicate effectively with Dispatch and Service Departments. Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
