3rd Shift CNC Machine Operator

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced CNC Operator (intermediate level) to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you'll operate and program CNC lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-precision metal blades and saws. If you're detail-oriented and confident working with G-Code, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Operate and program CNC machines using G-Code Set up machines and change tooling or saw blades Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers Read and interpret blueprints Complete SPC charts and perform quality checks Load/unload steel, maintain a clean work area Follow all safety and PPE requirements Cross-train and support team members as neededRequirements: Intermediate G-Code experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts Strong basic math skills (fractions/decimals) Able to read and speak English Forklift certified (or willing to get certified) Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and emailAbout the Role: We're looking for an experienced CNC Operator (intermediate level) to join our 3rd shift team.
