Job Description Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour Job description: Job Title: Quality Control Inspector - Electronics Assembly Company: Liberty Sta ing USA Location: Apopka, FL Pay: Based on experience Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 5:15 PM (10-hour shifts); Friday overtime as needed Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Overview Liberty Sta ing USA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for electronics assembly in Apopka, FL. The ideal candidate is IPC-A-610 certified and experienced in inspecting PCBs, cable assemblies, and box builds. This role ensures that all assemblies meet customer specifications and industry quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Inspect electronic assemblies thoroughly per customer specifications and IPC standards. • Perform final inspections on PCB, box build, and cable assemblies prior to shipping. • Read and interpret customer drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions. • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) at all stages of production. • Verify SMT machine setups and perform solder paste audits before production. • Conduct daily in-process audits across all departments. • Use a microscope for precision electronic part and solder inspection. • Hand solder to support rework or inspection when needed. • Complete and maintain inspection and shipping documentation for outgoing assemblies. Qualifications / Skills • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control / inspection of electronic assemblies. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • IPC-A-610 Certification required. • Proficient in microscope use for precision inspection. • Knowledge of hand soldering techniques is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
