Warehouse & Service Technician Windows Direct USA / Baths Direct USA is a fast-growing remodeling company specializing in windows, doors, and bath/shower solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking energetic, reliable team members to support our field service, measure and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and hands-on work. What We Offer $20-$24 per hour (based on experience) Company vehicle (for service needs) Growth opportunities Weekly pay Apprenticeship program available Monday-Friday schedule; rare weekends Great work-life balance and supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive and log inventory, and keep jobs/materials organized Pull and verify outgoing job materials and deliver materials to job sites Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with inventory counts Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or replace windows, doors, baths, and showers in customers' homes Address service and warranty issues including leaks, operation issues, seal failures, drywall repair, and water infiltration Perform onsite inspections and accurately measure windows, doors, and bath/shower spaces for proper ordering Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, trim work, caulking, minor plumbing, and metal brake/capping work as needed What We're Looking For 2-5 years of remodeling, construction, or skilled trade experience preferred (windows, doors, baths/showers a plus) Ability to accurately measure job sites and read basic specifications Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Comfortable using technology for job documentation and communication Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to lift medium to heavy objects (alone or with assistance) Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and eager to learn
