We're looking for PT CNAs like you! for a 54 bed Life Plan Community in Woodbridge Va. Part-Time Shifts Available: (1) 7-3pm, (2) 3pm-11pm Every other weekend plus additional days, in Skilled Nursing Unit! 3 positions remainingWage rate: $18.36 to $22.95 per hour commensurate with experience. Our team of roughly 270 total employees serves a population of over 400 total residents on 62 acres that back up to the Occoquan reservoir. We are CARF Certified, and Sage certified.Job Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), One (1) to three (3) years of clinical nursing experience. Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbents should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Knowledgeable in restorative and medical nursing principles and practices. Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for providing general medical and restorative care for residents daily. Interacting directly with residents, aiding with daily living needs, monitoring vital signs, providing comfort, transportation, motivating residents to meet their goals and documenting all cares provided to resident.
