We are currently seeking HHAs or CNAs with lift experience (Hoyer or sit-to-stand) to serve clients throughout Saint Joseph County and surrounding areas. Why Work as a Caregiver with Right at Home?Competitive Pay: Earn $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on shift length Flexible Scheduling: Work only the hours that fit your availability Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday On-Demand Pay: Access up to $200 per day through ZayZoon until payday Paid Time Off: Earn up to 12 days of PTO per year Referral Bonuses: Earn extra income by referring caregivers or clients Paid Training: We invest in your professional development Leadership Access: Direct communication with our leadership team Paid Travel Time: Get paid for travel between client locations Mobile Clock-In/Out: Easy, convenient time tracking on the go Meaningful Work: Provide essential care and support to those who need it most Caregiver Responsibilities Communicate clearly and maintain a positive, professional attitude Assist clients with daily activities (IADLs) Assist with personal care (ADLs) Provide medication reminders Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping Provide transportation when required Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.E.D. (preferred) Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs independently At least one year of caregiving experience Experience with Hoyer or sit-to-stand lifts Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English Valid driver's license and active auto insurance (listed as an insured driver) Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Willingness to obtain a TB test and CPR certification Preferred Qualifications Previous home care experience Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, Polish, German, Russian, Tagalog, etc.) Comfortable working in pet-friendly homes Willingness to drive up to one hour Comfortable driving in typical Michiana weather conditions Right at Home is an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
