Visit us at packaging.toppan.com NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - 10 pm. - 7 am. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Supervisor. While reporting to the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient flow of materials and information within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of employees in the plant during the off hours. Your role will involve various aspects of the manufacturing process, such safety, machine reliability, quality assurance, and production efficiency. What you'll be doing: Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment in all areas of the facility. Attend quality gemba walks to monitor quality of product and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the plant engineer, plant superintendent, and department supervisors. Maintain maintenance KPIs and report out to management. Lead shift meetings for maintenance employees. Manage maintenance employee training and performance as necessary. Assist with inventory for maintenance department. Review and close maintenance work orders for effectiveness and compliance to FSSC governing body. Serve as a backup for Maintenance Planner Scheduler Attend the first Production Meetings of the week via phone. Have a general understanding of production scheduling to assist with decision making on night shift. Manage Timecards/Payroll for maintenance associates.
