What to Expect Client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Control and CMM Technician to ensure that components and assemblies produced in the tool shop meet all design and engineering specifications. What You'll Do Operate Hexagon CMM Probing and Scanning Head on both CMM and Hexagon Absolute Arm Analyze CMM data and provide full statistical analysis for high volume production Work with operators, setup personnel, and programmers to help define and resolve quality issues Perform, assess, and debug gauge repeatability and reproducibility Perform first piece inspections and/or first run for production process proofing Perform daily calibration and verification of all CMM and supporting equipment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Ability to understand complex drawings and manufacturing processes Good understanding of GD&T Good understanding of PCdims, Zeiss or Polyworks Nice to Have Skills & Experience Plusses: 3 years of CMM experience Experience using GOM Atos Prior die experience Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
