A successful Water Conditioning Team Member will possess a great attitude and a servant's heart. We believe that the technical aspect of your role is essential, and we will provide a great deal of onsite training in this area. Your professional demeanor and attitude also play a tremendous part in the fit that you will be on the team. We are looking for a team member who can work within the team and take initiative independently of direct supervision. This is a full-time position with available overtime. Duties/Responsibilities: Install water treatment systems: Install the filters and equipment required to provide usable, safe water in our customer's homes. Customer communication: Explain the water treatment system operation and maintenance requirements to customers. Routine Service: Replace filters, service equipment, refill treatment products, and confirm that equipment is treating the water as required. Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve any issues during installation and service appointments. Collaborate with team: Work closely with customer service representatives, sales team members and other technicians. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safety procedures, wear protective gear as required, and comply with company safety standards while driving company vehicles. Required Skills/Abilities: Detail-oriented and organized. Able to follow directions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to problem solve. Professional demeanor and helpful attitude. Valid driver's license and safe driving habits. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
