The Opportunity ECMS is hiring a Controller to lead and elevate the company's accounting and financial operations as it continues to scale. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for strengthening financial systems, driving reporting clarity, overseeing multi-state compliance, and delivering forward-looking financial insight to executive leadership. What You'll Own Monthly close and financial reporting Cash flow forecasting and proactive financial planning Multi-state compliance and risk oversight Process improvement and internal controls Maximizing ERP (Acumatica preferred) capabilities Leadership and development of accounting/compliance functions What We're Looking For 7-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Construction accounting strongly preferred (or similar project-based environment) Experience in multi-state, high-volume operations ERP experience required; Acumatica a major plus Builder mindset: structured, disciplined, detail-oriented Humble, hungry, team-first leader with strong financial judgment This search is being conducted by FireSeeds, a retained executive search firm specializing in purpose-driven organizations.
