Building Automation Technician

Building Automation Technician Baltimore and DC Mechanical Contractor serving the Baltimore and DC markets is expanding and adding experienced Building Automation Technicians to their team. Responsibilities: • Install, program, and troubleshoot Client systems • Perform point-to-point checkout, startup, and commissioning. • Lead or assist with Client design, graphics, sequences of operation, and project documentation. • Support emergency service, PMs, customer training, and system optimization. • Collaborate with sales, engineers, and field teams on scopes, takeoffs, and project planning. • Mentor technicians and help standardize best practices across the Client group.
