Electrical Engineer Location: Broomfield, CO 80021 Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role We're seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and test avionics hardware for next-generation spacecraft. In this role, you'll own subsystems and contribute to power units, flight computers, and motor controllers-designing circuits, selecting components, and validating hardware that must perform in harsh environments. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in lab and design environments, enjoys full lifecycle ownership from schematics to board bring-up, and wants to play a key role in building flight-ready systems. What You'll Do Design analog, digital, and power circuits for spacecraft avionics Create schematics and layouts in Altium; manage PCB fabrication and assembly decisions Test, validate, and troubleshoot circuits using lab equipment and simulation tools Collaborate cross-functionally with avionics, software, and systems engineers Document design decisions, lead reviews, and mentor junior engineers What We're Looking For 3-6 years of hands-on circuit design and hardware testing experience Proficiency with Altium Designer for schematics and board layout Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (PSpice, LTSpice, etc.) Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.) Strong debugging skills and ability to resolve circuit-level and system-level issues BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience) Equity incentives Medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) plan Company-paid disability and life insurance Unlimited PTO We look forward to reviewing your application.
