POSITION SUMMARY: Helper in Heating and Air Conditioning Department Bob Jones University students onlyHiring for fall 2025 PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Change HVAC filters Replace non-operating air conditioners Preventative maintenance on motors and blowers Climb extension ladders, enter tunnels, go into crawl spaces, go up on roofs Must (occasionally) lift/carry and/or push/pull up to 75 lbs.
