Industrial Maintenance Tech

Description A Maintenance Mechanic repairs equipment, fabricate parts and maintain parts inventory associated with all equipment. Essential Functions/Job Duties: Make necessary repairs to all equipment when needed Fabricate parts and structures for machinery and equipment Operate metalworking machinery that will include and not limited to: band saw, lathe and welder. Count and maintain spare parts inventory Source parts when needed and follow mandated purchase order requirements Work with outside contractors when required. Knowledgeable in trouble shooting conveying systems Additional Functions/Job Duties: Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must have mechanical knowledge with regards to motors, bearings, and gears. Basic understanding of electrical circuits and power requirements.
