Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of routine tasks to support the delivery of safe, effective, cost-efficient patient care as delegated bythe RN. They provide assistance in transporting, transferring and lifting. They perform cleaning Functions in patient careunit as delegated, and perform selected diagnostic tests.ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provides direct patient care as delegated by RN staff Monitors and records vital signs Assists in providing personal hygiene and physical care needs Accurately measures, records, and reports intake and output Obtains and records daily weight Performs blood glucose testing using blood glucose meter Job RequirementsRequired License and Certifications High School Diploma/GED BLS- AHA Required Minimum Skills, Abilities and Training Good written/oral communication skills 1 year of Prior Patient Care Experience Required Where You'll WorkSt. Joseph Health - Bryan/College Station, Navasota, Caldwell, Madisonville, TX.
