Regional Field Technician

AtWork is seeking experienced Regional Field Technicians to join a nationwide team supporting industrial laundry operations.This is a travel-based position, ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on mechanical and electrical work and want to be part of large-scale installation and service projects.What You ll Do:Install, service, and maintain industrial laundry systems across multiple U.S. Locations.Work in rotations (typically 4 8 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week at home).Troubleshoot and commission complex mechanical and electrical systems.Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient installations.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including familiarity with industrial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, feeders, folders); prior laundry industry experience is required.Strong mix of mechanical and electrical skills.Experience in material handling, HVAC, and low-voltage electrical systems.Ability to read control wiring diagrams and understand PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.Willingness to travel extensively and work in a rotation schedule.Pay: $32 $40 per hour (depending on experience)Location: Nationwide preference for candidates near major airports in the Northeast and Southwest.Rotation: Typically 4 8 weeks on-site, followed by 1 week at home.Geography: Nationwide, but priority for candidates near major airports in the Northeast and Southwest.Nature of Travel: Work involves traveling to multiple industrial laundry sites, installing, servicing, and commissioning equipment.
