Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPost Closing Specialist – Non-QM | TPR & Investor ConditionsReal TPO | Nationwide Wholesale Non-QM LenderYOUR HIRING MESSAGE IS CLEAR Non-QM is where the growth is.Non-QM is where the opportunity is And Real TPO is building one of the most aggressive Non-QM platforms in the country.Real TPO is a 100% wholesale mortgage lender focused on Non-QM lending at scale—DSCR, bank statement, P&L, and alternative income programs that traditional lenders can’t or won’t touch.As volume accelerates, we are hiring elite post-closing operators who understand that Non-QM execution is different—more technical, more demanding, and far more rewarding.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are hiring a Post Closing Specialist – Non-QM to own the clearance of Third-Party Review (TPR) findings and investor post-purchase conditions tied to the sale of Non-QM loans.This is a mission-critical execution role responsible for protecting liquidity, investor relationships, and Real TPO’s credibility in the Non-QM marketplace.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review funded and closed Non-QM loan files for post-closing accuracy and sale readinessAnalyze and clear TPR findings issued by due diligence firms and investorsClear investor post-purchase conditions with proper documentation and narrativesValidate income, assets, credit, collateral, and conditions against final underwriting decisionsIdentify issues and drive them to resolution without escalationCoordinate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teamsMaintain detailed audit trails and condition trackingManage timelines tied to loan purchase and funding velocityIdentify trends and support process improvement initiatives REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of underwriting, post-closing, QC, or investor delivery experienceDirect Non-QM experience strongly preferredProven experience responding to TPR or investor conditionsStrong understanding of Non-QM income and documentation standardsExperience working in MeridianLink LOS a plusExcellent written communication and analytical skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment WHY REAL TPO One of the fastest-growing segments in mortgage lendingDirect impact on investor confidence and funding velocityHigh-accountability, execution-driven cultureOpportunity to grow with a scaling Non-QM platform COMPENSATION$65,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and performanceEQUAL OPPORTUNITYReal TPO is an equal opportunity employer.
