We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player to support our sales and marketing efforts. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving growth by ensuring our lead data is accurate, organized, and actionable. If you're curious, organized, and eager to learn, this could be a great fit. Benefits: • This is a part-time, $20 - $22.50/hr. position • We offer flexible scheduling tailored to fit the right candidate’s lifestyle, with an expected commitment of 10 - 20 hours per week • Growth opportunities include contributing to social media strategy, content marketing, and sales script development after mastering core responsibilities Responsibilities: • The primary responsibilities of this role will be to identify, qualify, and update accurate contact information for our leads, using databases we subscribe to, as well as Google • Top candidates will read prior notes and leave short but detailed updates • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach materials and develop current lead generation strategies • You’ll utilize Microsoft Office and online tools efficiently to complete daily tasks Qualifications: • Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail • Good notetaking & documentation skills • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, online databases, and internet research • Excellent written communication skills: creative writing or presentation abilities are a plus • Prior experience with CRM or marketing tools is a bonus (not required) • Pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Compensation: $20 - $22.50 hourly• The primary responsibilities of this role will be to identify, qualify, and update accurate contact information for our leads, using databases we subscribe to, as well as Google • Top candidates will read prior notes and leave short but detailed updates • Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach materials and develop current lead generation strategies • You’ll utilize Microsoft Office and online tools efficiently to complete daily tasks
