Primary Care FNP/PA

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for our vibrant locations in downtown Seattle and South Lake Union. About the Opportunity: Hybrid Shift: Day Schedule: 4 days a week Hours: 32 hours per week Setting: Outpatient primary care Responsibilities: Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures Qualifications: 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care, or 1 year with additional relevant experience Completed an accredited FNP or PA program National certification State license by start date Proficiency in evidence-based primary care Effective communication skills with diverse populations Ability to use technology in delivering quality care Passion for human-centered primary care Openness to feedback and reflection Ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently
