We are a stable, leadership-focused company that retains our team. What You Will Do:The Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems. We fix what others can't. The Maintenance: Perform thorough PMs that actually prevent breakdowns (we don't just wash coils and leave). The Service: Manage your own truck inventory, communicate clearly with facility managers, and represent the Ryan brand professionally. The Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation (approx. 1 week/month) to support our critical clients. What We Need From You:5+ Years Experience with Commercial HVAC and 5+ Years Experience with Refrigeration. Troubleshooter Mindset: You know how to use a multimeter and read a schematic. You find the root cause, not just the symptom. EPA Universal Certification: Non-negotiable. Clean Record: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a professional review/drug screen.
