Position Summary: The Car Wash Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the car wash facility by performing daily tasks efficiently. This position involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working outdoors to interact with customers directly. Essential Functions: Operate car wash equipment efficiently in an automated facility. Control levers and switches to manage the washing process. Perform periodic maintenance on washing equipment to ensure proper functioning. Clean the facility and maintain organization. Assist customers with any aspect of the car wash process. Education: High School Diploma Experience: 1-2 Years Retail Customer Service Skills: Ability to display courteous and professional attitude. Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends. Ability to work standing over long periods of time. Ability to lift items of moderate weight. Reasoning Ability: Ability to trouble shoot problems Ability to identify Maintenance needs and execute those needs. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are represented of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste, and smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift 40 regularly and 50 occasionally. A portion of the work time is outdoors where temperatures can be extreme. This position does require a pre-hire, post-offer criminal background check, and a drug screen.
