Field Service TechnicianPay: $24 - $34 per hour Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with overtime opportunities) About Raymond Storage Concepts Raymond Storage Concepts (RSC) is a leading provider of customized material handling solutions, focused on warehouse and fleet optimization. Position Overview Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys diagnosing and fixing equipment? Whether your background is in automotive, heavy equipment, aviation, or another technical trade, your skills are highly valued here. As a Field Service Technician, you'll be part of a local service team made up of fellow technicians and a Team Leader who support each other daily. While you'll travel to customer sites and work independently on service calls, you'll never be on your own-you'll have a team behind you to collaborate with, share knowledge, and help solve problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of independent field work and being part of a tight-knit, team-oriented environment. What You'll DoDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on lift trucks Travel to customer sites within your assigned territory Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance Accurately document all service work performed Test equipment to ensure safe and proper operation Collaborate with your Team Leader and fellow technicians to solve complex issues Communicate with dispatch, parts, and sales teams to meet customer needs Plan and manage daily service calls efficiently Maintain a clean, organized service van and manage tools and parts inventory Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times Safely operate a company-provided service vehicle What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of relevant mechanical or technical experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities 3 weeks of paid time off (120 hours) starting your first year 8 paid holidays each year Medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options Company-paid basic life insurance and short-term disability 401(k) with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) with annual company contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (medical and dependent care) Paid parental and maternity leave Employee Assistance Program and supplemental benefits options Referral bonus program Employee discount program Paid technical training and career development opportunities Technician-Specific Perks Company-provided service vehicle (fuel, maintenance, and insurance included) Company-provided uniforms Annual $200 boot allowance Hand tool insurance at replacement cost Tool loan program up to $1,000 after 90 days
