We are currently hiring for the position of Paving Division Superintendent. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage asphalt paving projects from start to finish. Coordinate and lead paving crews, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols. Operate and maintain paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and other asphalt machinery. Monitor project progress, quality control, and compliance with specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Train and mentor crew members to ensure skill development and adherence to best practices. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in the asphalt paving industry. Proficiency in operating a paver, roller, and other types of asphalt equipment. Demonstrated experience in crew management and project supervision. Strong understanding of asphalt paving techniques and materials. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Benefits: Competitive pay range: $80,000-$110,000 yearly pay based on experience and number of hours worked. Will be discussed and decided at interview.
