Company Overview Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugate therapies. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, a late-clinical stage GSI; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radiotherapy that recently received IND clearance. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets. Position Overview Immunome is building the commercial capabilities required to prepare for launch and scale a high-performing field organization. The Director, Training & Development will own the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for commercial training across Sales, Marketing, and other customer-facing roles. This leader will design and deliver launch curricula, scalable onboarding, coaching and manager toolkits, and a continuous learning engine-while ensuring training governance, compliance, and medical accuracy in close partnership with Medical Affairs and Compliance. This person will also design and deliver medical field training curricula. In addition, this role will lead commercial development programming that supports people development across all Commercial functions. The Director will partner closely with HR to build and support all-organization development initiatives, positioning Commercial to lead the way in designing and delivering high-quality, impactful, and relevant development experiences. ResponsibilitiesCommercial Training Leadership Develop and own Immunome's commercial training strategy, roadmap, and operating model for field teams (Sales, Marketing, and customer-facing roles). Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs aligned to brand strategy, field competencies, and organizational priorities. Design, develop, and deliver launch curricula for Field Sales and field customer-facing medical roles (as applicable), including selling skills, market landscape, competitive insights, objection handling, and customer engagement excellence. Create an all-commercial competency model (role-based expectations, proficiency levels, and assessment approach) to support readiness, development, and performance coaching. Establish and maintain a Sales Manager coaching framework, including manager toolkits, observation guides, field coaching routines, and reinforcement mechanisms. Learning Infrastructure, LMS & Scalable Enablement Implement and evolve training infrastructure, including learning platforms/LMS, SOPs, templates, and scalable content management processes. Build role-based learning pathways and certification journeys that support launch readiness and ongoing development. Leverage modern enablement approaches (microlearning, blended learning, reinforcement, and knowledge checks) to improve retention and field application. Launch Meetings, Workshops & Field Readiness Events Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of launch meetings, National Sales Meetings (NSM), and cross-functional field training events. Oversee agenda design, applied learning experiences, content development, vendor coordination, and onsite execution. Design and deliver launch meeting workshops that translate brand strategy into field-ready execution, including message pull-through and scenario practice. Training Measurement, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Establish an evaluation strategy with dashboards, KPIs, and feedback loops to measure training effectiveness and readiness impact (completion, certification, proficiency, and field adoption). Partner with Sales Leadership and commercial stakeholders to assess performance gaps and deploy targeted learning solutions. Drive continuous improvement by incorporating field insights, performance data, and stakeholder feedback into training updates and reinforcement. AI-Enabled Training Innovation Champion responsible use of AI-enabled tools to accelerate content creation, streamline updates, and increase scalability while maintaining quality, compliance, and medical accuracy. Establish governance and best practices for compliant AI use across training content and delivery. Evaluate emerging learning technologies and integrate tools that improve speed-to-readiness and knowledge retention. Commercial Development Oversee the design, implementation, and management of commercial development programs and projects to support all functions within Commercial. Build and maintain development pathways that support skill growth and career progression across Commercial roles, using a variety of development approaches (e.g., workshops, cohorts, coaching, self-paced learning, experiential assignments, and peer learning). Partner with Commercial leaders to assess development needs and prioritize initiatives that strengthen capabilities, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with HR to build and support all-organization development initiatives, ensuring Commercial leads the way in developing and delivering high-quality, impactful, and relevant development experiences. Medical Training (Disease State & Product Only) In partnership with Medical Affairs, develop training modules focused on disease state, epidemiology, mechanism of action, clinical data, safety, and patient journey. Ensure medical training content is aligned with approved scientific resources and remains within non-promotional boundaries. Design and support implementation of medical field on-boarding encompassing all aspects of required medical on-boarding needs. Cross-Functional Leadership, Governance & Compliance Partner closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, HR, Legal/Regulatory, and Compliance to ensure training content and national meeting materials meet applicable standards. Oversee training governance and compliance processes (e.g., content review workflows, certification standards, documentation practices) in alignment with internal requirements. Build and manage relationships with external agencies, instructional designers, and meeting vendors; manage budgets, scopes of work, and performance expectations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical commercial training, medical training, and/or commercial operations. Proven experience building or scaling training functions and leading national meetings in a high-growth or launch-ready organization. Knowledge and Skills Experience designing and delivering development programs and pathways that support skill building and career growth; ability to partner effectively with HR and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical and strategic content into clear, engaging, role-based learning experiences. Experience partnering with Medical Affairs and Compliance to deliver medically accurate, compliant training content. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills; comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Vendor and budget management experience. Strategic and execution-oriented leader with a builder mindset and comfort operating with ambiguity. Scientific fluency and the ability to simplify complex concepts for field application. Strong facilitation skills; credible presence with senior commercial leaders and field audiences. Deep understanding of commercial onboarding, selling skills, coaching, and competency frameworks. Demonstrated capability to design and scale people development programs and create role-based development pathways. Fluency in learning measurement approaches (KPIs, dashboards, readiness metrics) and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to identify and deploy AI-enabled solutions to increase training speed, scalability, and quality while maintaining governance and compliance.
