Job Description Department: Sewing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Hourly Pay Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required) Overview of Responsibilities: Sew complete covers for cushions, ottomans, and pillows using industrial sewing machines. Work with complex fabrics to ensure quality and meet production schedules. Understand specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in sewing. Basic computer skills; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently. Ability to lift and handle materials weighing 25+ lbs.
