What You’ll Do Lead and motivate a skilled team of field service technicians. Oversee boiler service, repair, and installation projects across Indiana. Serve as the primary customer contact—ensuring clear communication and long-term satisfaction. Plan and manage project schedules, materials, and technician assignments. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to optimize service delivery. Manage tools, materials, and field operations to ensure peak performance. What You’ll Bring 5–10 years of experience in field service, mechanical, or industrial operations. 3+ years of leadership or service management experience. Knowledge of boilers, burners, HVAC systems, or industrial equipment preferred. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel to job sites within Indiana.
