We are BIG ENOUGH TO SERVE, and SMALL ENOUGH TO CARE.This position is located onsite in Tulsa, OklahomaSUMMARY: The Finance Director partners with and supports key internal customers and other functional areas by providing Financial reporting and analysis. This role also manages a team of finance professionals that aid in the level of stakeholder support necessary for the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and develop a strong team of financial analysts fostering collaboration and trust across the organization. Lead the execution of the Company's annual budget and quarterly forecast process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Provide critical financial analyses, interpretation, and insights into the Company's financial performance on both a historical and forward-looking basis. Partner with the accounting team to create and review the monthly reporting package, including performance comparisons to budget, forecast, and prior periods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales and Category Management to understand business drivers, and facilitate data driven decision making on operational initiatives and new business opportunities Drive FP&A processes and develop analytical tools to enable informed business decisions based on timely and accurate financial information. Conduct core analytics, including revenue, income (EBITDA), and cash flow measurements. Develop methodologies to incorporate and monitor key internal performance indicators for decision support tool development. Support the capital expenditure process, including new project analysis and ongoing forecasting of capital spend. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion QUALIFICATIONS: Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent aptitude and working experience with financial systems like Workday Adaptive, Business Intelligence tools. Firm understanding of financial concepts and ability to apply them in business situations History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines Demonstrated organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders, including senior leadership Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and influence stakeholders Strong ability to apply advanced knowledge in field and ability to recommend action SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for directing the work activities of others Supervisory responsibility of the FP&A team Make decisions regarding hiring, terminating, disciplining, promoting, approving time off requests, approving work and work product of others and setting departmental policies. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field required (Finance, Accounting, Analytics) Master's degree preferred 5-10 years' experience in a similar position CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None REASONING ABILITY: Employee responds to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures or precedents exist.
