Party Planner in a Box REMOTE

PURPOSE OF JOB: Plan a party theme and purchase party supplies for children living at an emergency shelter. Able to raise or provide own funds to purchase party supplies. Time Commitment Required: 2-hours + Watch a short informational video about Wayne Metro, which can be accessed at + 1.5 hours estimated for doing volunteer job duties below Duties: Step 1: Plan the party theme, decorations, and activities (i.e., space exploration, Beach Bash, sports, or art extravaganza). Step 2: Plan small bags of party favors (no food or candy may be in these bags for safety) Step 3: Estimate expenses and collect funds Step 4: Purchase supplies for: Party decorations. The room in which the party will take place has three long 6 ft tables and one round table if you want to buy table coverings. Party activity supplies, enough for 20 children. Party favor bag supplies, enough for 20 children. Step 5: Assemble party favor bags. Put all party supplies into one box.
