The role will lead baselining, variance analysis, stakeholder reporting, and cross-functional coordination through go-live while mentoring a project controls team. The position operates on a Monday through Thursday 4x10 schedule in Aiken, SC.Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2Responsibilities:Responsibilities Lead development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive Project Controls programs for complex, high-visibility projects across scope, budget, and schedule. Establish and manage project baselines, milestone schedules, work breakdown structures, and spend plans to optimize resources, equipment, manpower, and funding. Analyze cost and schedule variances, communicate impacts to leadership, and implement mitigation strategies. Lead cost reviews and schedule meetings, presenting financial and performance updates to senior management. Provide technical and administrative leadership to Project Controls teams, including supervision, performance evaluations, coaching, training development, and personnel selection. Drive innovation in project control methodologies and systems, ensuring effective use of business systems and advanced analytical tools. Coordinate cross-functional logistics and stakeholder engagement, including onboarding personnel, managing system access and equipment, and facilitating communication between partners and site tenants. Maintain integrated schedules to track progress and resource allocation across all parties. Plan and oversee testing and go-live readiness, including configuration, module, comprehensive, and user acceptance testing. Support training development, participate in configuration reviews, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure successful retesting and implementation. Facilitate recurring status meetings and maintain alignment across classified and non-classified teams for seamless execution. Experience Requirements:Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience in Project Controls Expert proficiency with automated accounting, cost management, scheduling, and estimating systems. Working knowledge of Ideagen/DevonWay iCAS EPS and Issues Management and related modules. Ability to review and approve Level I and Level II purchase requisitions. Strong personal computer skills. Education Requirements:Education Requirements BS in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent combinations of education and experience as stated. Bachelor's degree in business, technical, engineering, or related area with 10 years of practical experience considered equivalent. Associate's degree with 13 years of practical experience considered equivalent. High school diploma with 17 years of relevant experience considered equivalent.
