Role Responsibilities? Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Inspect malfunctioning equipment, identify mechanical problems, and create accurate repair plans. Work closely with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure high‑quality, efficient service.? Perform Repairs & Maintenance: Install new components and complete routine maintenance to keep vehicles in top condition.? Support Customer Understanding: Clearly explain diagnoses, repair recommendations, and options to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional service satisfaction.? Document All Work: Record repair and maintenance activities thoroughly and accurately. Note additional concerns and prepare detailed service reports.⭐ Employee Prerequisites Ability to clearly read, interpret, and communicate technical information Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, equipment, and related technologies Required certifications, licenses, and local registrations (pay based on experience) Flexible schedule Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess a valid driver's license Must successfully complete all pre‑employment screening ?
