That culture is what drives our consistency and the quality of our repairs.We are looking for an experienced Back-End Estimator who enjoys working as part of a skilled production team and takes pride in building complete, accurate repair plans once vehicles are on site and teardown is complete.Platinum-level estimating habits are valued , supported by a team culture built on accountability, shared learning, and respect for the craft.What You’ll DoYou will own the repair plan during production and support the entire shop by ensuring files are clean, complete, and ready for the floor. Own all repair plans after teardown and blueprinting Build production-ready repair plans that support technicians Address all CCC Advisor Reports prior to upload Clear, professional line notes Complete photo documentation Research and apply OEM repair procedures Collaborate with technicians and production staff to resolve repair questions Communicate professionally with insurance partners Help remove bottlenecks that slow production Protect cycle time, repair quality, and profitability What We’re Looking ForThis is a senior role. Candidates must be experienced and comfortable working independently in a production environment. Advanced CCC One workflow experience Proficient with PartsTrader Experience with OpsTrax Strong knowledge of RepairLogic and OEM procedures ALLDATA experience 100% disassembly / blueprinting methodology Ability to write clear, defensible line notes Experience in a high-volume collision repair environment I-CAR Gold Class shop experience requiredI-CAR Platinum certification strongly preferredWhat Success Looks Like Here Technicians trust the repair plans Fewer re-writes and surprises Cars move smoothly through production Files are clean, complete, and audit-ready The entire team performs better because of the collaboration Compensation — Performance Based Base Salary: $70,000 annually Commission: Tiered percentage of delivered sales (not written / not approved)Commission Tiers (Delivered Monthly Revenue) 0% on delivered revenue up to $225,000 2% on delivered revenue from $225,001 – $300,000 3% on delivered revenue from $300,001 – $375,000 4% on delivered revenue over $375,000 This structure rewards throughput, accuracy, and cycle-time discipline , not estimate padding. Earning Potential:Annual earnings typically range from $85k to $110k for consistent and strong performers, with additional upside for those consistently delivering higher production volume.
