Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid Vacation • Employee discount at IHG Hotels • Vision insurance • Dental insurance • Free Employee Meals Responsibilities: • Inspect, maintain, and repair all hotel HVAC-R systems • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance • Respond to guest room temperature calls and building system alerts • Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain a safe, efficient property Qualifications: • HVAC-R experience required (hotel experience a plus) • Knowledge of chillers, boilers, split systems, ice machines, and refrigeration • EPA certification preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Availability for occasional on-call or weekend shifts Compensation: $30 - $35 hourly• Inspect, maintain, and repair all hotel HVAC-R systems • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance • Respond to guest room temperature calls and building system alerts • Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain a safe, efficient property
