This innovative organization leverages a modern transportation management platform, real-time routing capabilities, and a mission-driven commitment to health equity. They are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic PMO Analyst / Corporate Project Management Associate to join their team. This is a remote role based out of South Florida, but may require travel to client sites and company initiatives. The PMO Analyst / Corporate Project Management Associate will work directly with the executive leadership team to drive high-level corporate projects, strategic initiatives, and business planning efforts across a fast-growing healthcare organization. This role is designed for a highly motivated, early-career professional who is eager to learn how a business is built and scaled from the inside out. Reporting directly to the CEO (and closely partnering with senior executives), this individual will help ensure that strategic priorities, cross-functional projects, and executive initiatives are organized, tracked, and executed effectively. The role combines structured project management with business planning, research, and hands-on execution support. This is not an administrative or traditional executive assistant role. It is a high-exposure, growth-oriented position focused on corporate PMO support, executive project coordination, and strategic execution.
