Salary and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 – Based on years of licensed experience Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days) 80% for Employee 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children 40% for Family Plan Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums Life Insurance at 2x annual salary Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment) Student loan repayment through the NHSC 120 hours of paid vacation Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year 10 paid holidays CME Time Off – 40 hours of time toward and $1,500 annually Professional liability insurance through FTCA at no cost to employee Relocation Assistance Available Responsibilities Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM. 4 Day Work Week Options Available as Well. 100% outpatient 1:1 Psychotherapy With Patients of all Ages Working with the Primary care Providers to recognize, treat, and manage the following: Dual Diagnosis Disorders, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Crisis, and Mental Health Illnesses No Late Nights, No weekends, and No On-Call Full Support Staff Reports to CMO Requirements Masters Degree From an Accredited College or University in Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor Minimum of 2 years of Experience in a Health Care Setting Preferred About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm that is bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
