Our local Harmonic hot tub manufacturing facility in Franklin KY, professional pool building expertise and 29- year-old family- owned core truly set us apart in all our markets.Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Non-CDL Warehouse DOT Driver to support warehouse operations and local deliveries. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with DOT-regulated driving duties and requires a strong working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safe driving practices, and accurate documentation.Our pay for this role ranges from $16 to $20 depending on experience and performance.The ideal candidate has prior experience operating non-CDL commercial vehicles, understands DOT compliance requirements, and maintains a clean driving record. This position is critical to ensuring timely deliveries, safe transportation of goods, and efficient warehouse operations.Core Responsibilities Driving & TransportationOperate non-CDL commercial vehicles (e.g., box trucks, flatbeds, vans) in compliance with DOT regulations.Experience hauling materials with diverse types of trailers.Perform local and regional deliveries and pickups as scheduledConduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and document findingsSecure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transportMaintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, and required DOT documentationReport vehicle issues, incidents, or accidents immediately DOT Compliance & Safety Comply with all applicable DOT and FMCSA regulations for non-CDL driversMaintain current DOT medical card (or ability to obtain)Adhere to hours-of-service requirements as applicableParticipate in DOT drug and alcohol testing programs as requiredMaintain readiness to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) background checksFollow company safety policies and procedures at all times Warehouse Operations Assist with loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipmentMove, stage, and organize inventory within the warehousePick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as needed Required Qualifications At least 21 years old of age.Valid driver's license (Non-CDL)Proven experience driving non-CDL commercial vehiclesWorking knowledge of DOT regulations applicable to non-CDL driversAbility to pass MVR background checkAbility to pass DOT drug and alcohol screeningAbility to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical cardStrong safety awareness and attention to detailReliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Prior warehouse or distribution center experienceExperience with load securement and material handling equipmentFamiliarity with electronic and/or analog logs, inspection apps, or delivery documentation systemsForklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Required Competencies Safety-First Mindset: Consistently follows DOT and company safety standardsAccountability: Takes ownership of vehicle condition, documentation, and deliveriesDependability: Meets schedules and delivery commitmentsAttention to Detail: Completes inspections, logs, and paperwork accuratelyTeamwork: Supports warehouse and logistics teams as needed Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to load and unload products repeatedly during the shiftAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb in and out of vehiclesAbility to work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures What This Role Is Not Not a CDL-required driving positionNot an over-the-road or long-haul roleNot a driving-only position (warehouse duties required) Typical Work Conditions & Schedule Often local delivery routes-drivers stay local or regional and are home daily.Compensation commonly ranges from $16- $20.00, depending on experience.
