Responsibilities:Perform visual and dimensional sorting and inspection of aluminum knuckles and control arms.Focus on identifying surface and machining defects, deep ejector pin marks, and imperfections under black light.Must ensure accurate segregation of defective and acceptable parts per client standards.Technical & Industry Experience:1–3 years minimum experience in quality inspection or visual sorting (automotive or metal manufacturing preferred).Proficiency in visual and dimensional inspection of machined aluminum and metal partsSkilled in identifying defects such as ejector pin marks, cracks, burrs, porosity, and surface irregularitiesFamiliarity with black light (UV) inspection toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Experience in Automotive / Metal Mechanic ManufacturingJob Type: 1099 ContractorProject Duration: Ongoing weekly sorting project (CURRENT PROJECT)Note: This is a 1099 contract role – project duration may vary based on client needsShift Hours:Inspectors may be scheduled 2–4 days per week; Shifts will be either 8 hours or 12 hours per day; Weekly hours may range from 16 to 48 hours per inspector, depending on production needs and rotation schedules.
