Hotel Common Area Person

Join our Team Hotel Common Area PersonWe are seeking a skilled common area person person to join our dedicated team at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Wooster, Ohio. As a common area person you will be responsible for ensuring a clean public area of our property, and follow all Hilton brand standards.Responsibilities: - Keep up on the upkeep of the grounds, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, clean up around dumpster area, and any other tasks given by the manager- Maintain inventory and supplies and equipment needed- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols and brand standards- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, staff, and managementRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required- Preferred experience in facilities, or hotel role- Complete all tasks in a timely manner- Carpet cleaning as needed- Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings, parties, etc- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hotel guests, staff, and management- Strong leadership abilitiesWe offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
