The Role: We are seeking a motivated, hands-on entry level Field Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial water treatment equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, solving technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service. Technicians will travel to customer sites to service systems such as reverse osmosis units, filtration systems, water softeners and related control equipment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems as customer sites Perform routine preventative maintenance on filtration, softening and chemical treatment equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing related issues Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves and other system components Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools and equipment Follow all company safety policies and industry regulations Qualifications: Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools HS diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen Strong problem solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred (not required): Technical or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or related field Previous experience in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or industrial maintenance 1-2 years of mechanical/technical work experience preferred but not required What we offer: Health, Dental and Vision insurance available on your 1st day of employment Generous retirement savings plan Generous PTO package and paid holidays Career progression and development plans Company wellness, rewards and recognition, and employee discount programs The estimated salary range for this position is $32 to $34/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
