Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiation Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 03/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity:Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist Job Details:• Perform routine and specialized radiation treatments according to physician-developed treatment plans• Work independently with sound judgment and clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures• Deliver accurate results in a timely manner while ensuring patient safety• Conduct competent patient assessments and provide attentive monitoring• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations for privacy and safety• Work with adult patient population• No weekends, call, or floating required• Work with specialized equipment including Varian TrueBeam and Aria systems• Epic experience preferred for charting• Required certifications: ARRT (T), CRT, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)• Minimum 2 years of experience required• Travel experience required• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing• 7-year work history verification required• Complete orientation modules through e-learning system Facility:This healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive medical center offering advanced radiation oncology services.
