We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our diverse, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team in the Plan Formulation Branch for the California Water Plan program. In this position, you will help conduct engineering and planning analyses for the California Water Plan program to evaluate statewide and watershed-level hydrology, water use and supply trends and gaps, relationships between water and energy, regional water management activities and actions, costs and benefits, and resource management strategies adaptation packages for water supply targets, within the framework of the Governor's water policy and compliance with water code mandates. You will also work closely with Division staff, Regional Offices, DWR programs, State and federal agencies, regional and local agencies, non-profits, underrepresented communities, and Tribes for ongoing communication, alignment, and information exchange and translate technical results at work groups and public forums.
