You'll build relationships with customers and provide thoughtful guidance to help them make confident decisions about their health.We are currently hiring for multiple openings across our Austin-area stores. Candidates will be considered for placement based on business needs, scheduling availability, and preferred work location.Current openings include: N. Lamar - Full-time (up to 40 hours/week) Lakeline - Part-time (24-30 hours/week) Westlake - Part-time (24-30 hours/week) Candidates may indicate their preferred location(s) during the application process. Evening and weekend availability is required.What You'll DoAs a Wellness Specialist, you will: Provide personalized customer support and wellness product guidance Educate customers on supplements, lifestyle, and nutrition options within DSHEA guidelines Create a welcoming environment where customers feel heard and supported Assist with product selection, special orders, and checkout Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store Support inventory, stocking, and merchandising Participate in ongoing product education and team training Who Thrives at Peoples Rx This role is a great fit if you: Have a strong interest or background in supplements, nutrition, or natural health Enjoy learning and sharing knowledge Are warm, approachable, and service-oriented Work well in a team and take initiative Are reliable, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Take pride in creating a positive customer experience Qualifications At least 18 years of age Passion for supplements, nutrition, or natural and holistic health is strongly preferred.
