The catch is we rotate only six varieties each week so customers always have a new reason to visit (and our employees always get to do something new!).We operate in an “Open Bakery” environment, where the retail customers can see the dough mixing, baking, and dessert assembly LIVE in our bright and vibrant environment.Working at Crumbl is the perfect place for people who like to try new things and to make customers happy.Shift Lead Position Description: Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr total (including guaranteed tips) Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Weekdays + Saturdays | Closed Sundays • Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts • Lead and support a team of Bakers • Assign positions and manage workflow • Handle customer concerns professionally • Execute opening and/or closing procedures • Train and mentor new team membersCoordinate and ensure scheduled dough production, dessert decoration, and baking schedules are on-trackMinimum Requirements:Previous food service leadership experienceAvailability to work some, but not all, weekend shifts (We're closed on Sundays)Availability to open or close store when necessary (see hours below)Willingness to attend occasional off-site sales events outside of storeCompletion of Basic Food Handlers certificateCompletion of all internal training certifications within 90 days of hireComfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online CalendarsValid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from workShift Options:Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m, Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.Opening or Closing shifts begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 1 hour after closing times.Flexible scheduling is offered (within our minimum requirements)Full-Time Benefits:Up to 80 hours of PTO per calendar yearEmployee Discount401K with Employer matching for +21yr old after 3 months of employment.Free Cookie with every shiftClosed SundaysWork Location:1421 S.
