For more information about Modine, visit Position Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Wall Fab employees must be able to: • Safely and efficiently use various power tools such as a drill, impact gun, grinder and rivet gun • Assemble wall and roof panels by operating hydraulic clinchers • Cut insulation using engineering jigs • Weld Z-bars to roof panels with a wire feed welding machine • Operate overhead cranes to transport finished goods from tables into the assembly carts • Partner with the Lead Hand to meet standard operation procedures in order to accomplish quality standards including accurately maintaining inventory controls • Ensure safety policies are followed • Other duties as assigned by a member of management Key ResponsibilitiesRequired Education & Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: Must be qualified to perform the duties of the occupation in accordance with quality and quantity standards and to perform the mental, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner. Physical requirements of the job are the ability to: Lift 50 pounds without assistance Stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours Reaching over shoulders/head Bending at waist/knees Twisting at shoulders/waist Modine is an equal opportunity employer.
