Support Audit organization with procurement related audits providing procurement specific intelligence and validation of findings. Audit/monitor procurement processes ensuring compliance with procurement and company policies and procedures. Establish and support data collection and information management supporting Regulatory, ESG, CSR and procurement requirements including recommending and establishing third party support if required. Work with HSE to monitor evolving trends related to upstream and downstream GHG emissions reporting and decarbonization strategies for our supply chain. Engage with internal teams regarding development and implementation of energy strategies including procurement of renewable energy. Lead and support submission of procurement related information directly or through another Greene Tweed function in support of regulatory, legal, CSR or ESG requirements. Assist Internal Audit and Legal review of supplier and procurement process and procedures. Monitor applicable laws, regulations, and standards impacting procurement and advise procurement leadership of new or changing requirements. In collaboration with cross company functions such as legal, trade compliance, technical, audit and procurement, make recommendations to address/meet requirements resulting from changes in applicable laws, regulations, and standards impacting procurement. Collaborate with Procurement, Risk, Audit, Business Units and Supplier Relationship Managers to create visibility to, and understanding of, key Supplier and Procurement risk areas. Drive and manage Procurement Corporate Social Responsibility programs, policies, and processes; monitor operational compliance and perform continuous improvement updates as needed. Develop and maintain procurement compliance, ESG, and CSR dashboards and reporting to support leadership, audit committees, and external disclosure requirements. Support responses to customer related inquiries on Greene Tweed's procurement conformance to Regulatory, ESG and CSR requirements Required Minimum QualificationsEducation/Certifications: B.S. in business, technical or related field, or progressive experience in procurement acceptable to management. Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business is beneficial. Skills and Experience: 5 + years of relevant experience in procurement manufacturing industries or progressive experience acceptable to management. Data analysis Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI and SASB) and familiarity with ESG databases. Knowledge of Scope 3 practices and methodologies. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end procurement process and supporting software systems Strong written & verbal communication skills, as well as effective presentation skills with the ability to influence all levels of employees and management, both inside the company and externally with suppliers Strong Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel skills. Strong analytical skills required Procurement related knowledge in SAP/ S4H highly desired. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy Knowledge of supplier management programs including supplier audits desired Ability to make decisions or recommendations that are "data based" and align decisions with organization and cross-functional strategies.
