Driver Helper

Trillium is now seeking Driver Helpers in Macedonia, OH! The Driver Assistant supports transportation and warehouse operations by assisting the driver with product deliveries. This position does not include operating the Penske vehicle. The role requires efficiency, accuracy, and strict adherence to safety and company standards in fast-paced environments. This job is 2nd shift from 2:30pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday, and some weekends. Lots of OT available, schedule subject to change. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity! The pay rate is $20.50/hour. Key Responsibilities -Assist the driver with deliveries at customer locations (does not drive company vehicle) -Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently -Offload product, repackage, and relabel items as needed -Accurately stage, sort, and prepare products for loading -Sort and place parts in racks or designated storage areas -Use pallet jacks and wheel dollies to move product safely -Follow load maps to ensure accurate and timely deliveries -Electronically scan products using the warehouse management system -Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments -Identify and remove damaged products upon receipt -Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, shipping orders, and requisitions -Maintain accurate inventory records -Comply with all company safety policies and procedures -Work efficiently in cold environments when required Apply now!
