BMC Firmware Engineer - Senior

Job Description Develop, enhance, and maintain BMC firmware in an OpenBMC environment for server and reference board platforms Collaborate with architecture, BIOS, hardware, vendor, and QA teams to deliver stable and scalable firmware releases Design and implement Linux-based firmware components, including kernel modules, drivers, and low-level services Integrate and support server manageability protocols such as IPMI, Redfish, PLDM, and MCTP Debug complex firmware and hardware issues using strong root-cause analysis and systematic debug methodologies Contribute code to upstream OpenBMC, follow disciplined software development processes, and ensure high-quality, on-schedule deliveries Meet Your RecruiterMatt Jordan President Matt has more than 25 years of experience in management, IT recruiting, account management, and human resources.
