HR MANAGERLocation: Wooster, Ohio area Salary: Up to $85,000 Our client is seeking an HR Manager to lead their human resources function for their 130-person organization. Reporting to the CEO, the selected candidate will oversee all HR operations, supervise one HR Assistant, and have the opportunity to build and strengthen the HR department. What You'll Do: Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Manage payroll operations using Paycor Develop employee engagement programs and strengthen company culture Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies Build the employer brand in the local community What They're Looking For: 3-5 years of HR experience as a generalist, supervisor, or business partner Strong payroll management experience Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices HRIS experience (Paycor preferred) Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative The Opportunity: This is an ideal role for a motivated HR professional ready to step into leadership and make a real impact.
