Adecco is filling an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Wichita, KS. This is a 4 to 6 month temporary opportunity and will start immediately.Responsibilities· Invoice Processing· Reconcile accounts payable transactions. Research and resolve blocked payments. Reconcile open purchase order report. Research and provide information for unbalanced purchase order lines. Assist with check VOID and Reissues Other duties related to Accounting clean up as assigned Qualifications and Skills High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or finance is preferred. Prior experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or general accounting. Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Strong attention to detail, numerical proficiency, organizational skills, and clear communication. Self-motivated.
